I did my research on the vitamins. I learned that you don't mix the higher dose of vitamin with the lower doses. Somehow they conflict with each other. You can take 500mg of niacin in on empty stomach, before breakfast if you can stand flush. I did it anyway to fight those creatures in my body. In the morning first take biotin 5000mg before or after breakfast. Then 5-6 hours later take the B12-1000ng, or for lunch. Also the iron just take the recommended dosage, and zinc 50-100mg, make sure copper is included. You can also include vitamin A & E if you want to. You can take probiotic with any vitamin, it doesn't matter. Take chlorophyll liquid any time. You can take charcoal twice a day, before the flush just dont take it with the flush Niacin.
At dinner, take your vitamin C 1000mg. At bedtime Take 1000mg og magnesium.Before bedtime take 500mg of flush Niacin. You can use the olive leaf and Neem capsules before bed. Don't forget the probiotic. As for the colon Cleanser should be used alone and/orbwith probioics and other vitamin. I know it sounds complicated.
