jesus and elijah recognized each other in the wombs. but you lose memory from the past after the trauma of birth and early childhood. i think the thief would also require judgement. he obviously had some reapin still to do, or maybe the opportunity to sow for eternity. we dont know. everyone gets their chance. everyone gets a fair shake. god is not impotent. neither is he cruel or sadistic. he doesnt create someone just to have someone to torture. that notion is absurd.
