Re: Question: Dry active yeast and rice bran lecithin

What are your thoughts on using Dry Active Yeast? It's ingredients include Yeast, Sorbitan Monostearate.

BEST TO BUY BULK YEAST THAT SAYS IT JUST HAS YEAST AND NOTHING ADDED.
THERE ARE MANY TYPES OF YEAST USED FOR WINE AND BOOZE AND LOTS FOR BREADS. FIND THE SIMPLEST WITH THE LEAST ADDED ANYTHING.

I SELF-EXPERIMENTED EATING IT AND I DID NOT LIKE THE SIDE EFFECTS---SO I WAS SCARED TO GO FURTHER WITH IT.

Could this be used as probiotic supplement for better health?
FRESH FRUITS THE BETTER CHOICE, BUT AS FRUIT SMOOTHIES THAT YOU MAKE LIVE WITH YEAST AND LET STAND FOR 12 HOURS BEFORE DRINKING---YEAST IS THE METHOD THAT ALLOWS FOR THAT.

Also, what do you think about rice bran lecithin?
NEVER TRIED IT

Usually, for any lecithin to dissolve gallstones, how long it takes? Would 9-12 months of daily use (3 teaspoons) be adequate to dissolve gallstones if someone is first time doing liver detox and is 72 years old?
GERMANY MEDICAL SUGGEST 3 DAYS

I SUGGEST A LITTLE EVERY DAY AS PREVENTION.

Kind regards
