Appears many pounds of it were water gain, have started a restricted calorie diet and have dropped to 232 again, with the aim at learning better eating habbits & sheddina a few pounds a week. Like to start next year with a 10 day fast again & follow it up with restricted caLORIES AGAIN TO KEEP FROM BLOWING UP. like to get to 200- and keep the diet & exercise going so I can get to normal weight soon
