Okay first off- I know this is hard but try and be calm. This is hideous, yes. But the more you stress the more the symptoms come out to play.
Are you on Facebook? There's a few groups to try. One is a lyme group but they talk a lot about detoxing and intestinal cleanses. Women's Lyme Disease support group is good place to start. Also taking an herbal intestinal support will help, food Grade Diatomaceous Earth, lots and lots of ph balance water (NOT tap water), limit sugar- zero Sugar although I know it's hard because that's the critters favorite. Just start slowwww because anything too drastic will spin you into herx mode. And you do not want that.
