Most "decaffinated" stuff (coffee, tea) still has some caffeine in it. There are two ways of decaffinating, the first is using filtered water basically brew the tea before they package it for you to brew at home, the second is chemically. If they use the second, well... ...we all know that's no good. If they use the first, then there's probably going to be some caffiene in it.

Bottom line - if it's helping you crap, it probably has a stimulant in it. =) (hence why coffee enemas with decaf aren't really all that effective)

But hey, use your judgement (as always)! If your body is really telling you it's the thing to do, go for it. I'd check to see how your brand decaffinates tho...
