Speaking of additions to the diet, I've had really good experiences with eating a big, juicy steak about three times a day while on the cleanse. ...just kidding. =P
On a serious note - 1227 (or anyone else): how do you reccommend getting all of the pulp out the juice? I have a citrus juicer (the glass thing that you twist the lemons on and the juice falls down below), which invariably lets some of those tiny pulp things fall down. Since your post that pointed out that *any* solids will trigger digestion, I've been kinda picking them out with a spoon as I drink the lemonade throughout the day.
This is kinds messy, anyone have a better suggestion?
