Liver circulation question/ fat in liver question?

This has happened more than once n I didnt go to the hospital bc id alreaddy felt like id die for so many yrs. I've been prescribed different medications n a few times i felt like i'd die specifically from the medication, other times many times from the health problems, which is a long list. So it isnt just medication related. But one thing that happened is i felt the circulation in my liver become really forceful n moving nonstop down thru my liver. N it felt like the toxins were too much for my body to process. Also during these were severe migraines, with also a painful feeling as if my brain was moving which has occurred many yrs, less now than it was though. n i alreay have fibromyalgia, neuropathy n several other issues, nerve issues from back n neck just to name a few. I sometimes use herbal remedies n also am prescribed medication but i stopped taking it over a month ago n am prescribed somethhing else now, that ive taken in the past w out problems, but im afraid to try it again bc i havent found out much about my liver at the dr. I have once had on my record "history of abnormal liver function" from when i was a teenager n dont know anything about what happened there. I do have moderate obstructive and restrictive lung disease n some heart issues though. So what could it be if someone feels circulation forcefully moving in their liver? For several hours? It wasnt my stomach n may be bloodflow bc it seemed maybe circulatedrelated but it could also be toxins unable to move thru my liver. Ive once thrown up lime green stuff that could be bile, from ibuprofen. I also went up to 200 lbs once over s decade ago, which was very sudden during pregnancy during the last 3 months or so. I went from a fluctuating 120-130 to 200 lbs over a short time. I am back down to 131 now, but it feels like there may be fat accumulation in my liver or something from a bad diet in the past. Or maybe its some kind of fat adipose thats causing it, but i have some excess fat still from my past diet that needs removed n it surprisingly hasnt much disappeared after over 5 years of being on a much better diet. It doesnt seem to matter what i do, even riding a bike all day during summer will not get rid of it
