What I usually do is take only 1-2 g at a time per amount of water or juice. I find that the C doesn't dissolve completely if it's too much. I just drink as many glasses of liquid that it takes to get to the desired amount of grams. Hope this helps! Check out Andrew Saul if you haven't.
