This will be my second MC. I greatly enjoyed my first experience, but did not do well in terms of lifestyle changes after it. I'm starting to go back to my old eating habits, not to mention back to some nail-biting (which I stopped after the first MC).
For anyone else starting today, let me know a little about your background on this. I plan to go for 10 days, but I would be content if I made it to half that goal.
