Clarkia and the 1 week break

Hi all,

I've done on and off parasite cleanses for a while, and recently started Clarkia . Overall, I did pretty well on it for the first two weeks, though it did constipate me slightly. I was still going regularly, though...

However, per the instructions, I stopped taking it as it says to take a 1 week break after you do it for 2 weeks. I was so unbelievably depressed today in a way I never am 2-3 days after stopping. I didn't feel great yesterday either. Why would this be? Shouldn't that happen ON the medicine?

Is there a reason I must take a week break in between? Guidance appreciated! Tweet
