Introducing feta today. I think so anyway: what do you think?
So far I've only eaten fruits and vegis and it's gone very well. I am now down to my fast weight of 202. I believe the exercise and eating healthy has helped. I haven't skipped a run or workout which is good for me. Typically just get too lazy and don't do it.
I feel so good and have so much energy I love it. I haven't felt this happy in a very long time. I'm excited to continue the refeed for the next two weeks before introducing heavy protein like eggs, or meat.
