10000 steps is a lot! Yeah I'm pretty lucky with my work schedule. Kind of allows me to workout if I'm not being weak in my head. My job is ar a desk all day so I don't get any steps. Well to and from copier or scanner. Hah.
Well I ended the juice this morning. I smelled the lemon I've been juicing and had to bite into it. Today I will eat some mango and tomatoe for lunch or dinner. Some lime drizzled on it sounds so good! With a few slices of onion!
This morning I had no weight loss or gained. I drank a lot of water yesterday too and felt like a lot of juice. So far during the 5 day refeed only a 2 pound gain!
I lifted weights yesterday. Pretty much the same workout except I added dumbbell rows, and standing rows. I also went and ran (only a mile) immediately after the workout.
Today I plan on just running and hopefully do better than last time.
This next 5-7 days I plan to stick with only fruits and vegis that I eat to a slurry. After "fruit/vegis week" I'll move into salads.
