Yes that makes a lot of sense. The kale is dehydrated but there's a bit of oil and vinegar that is rubbed on it before going in. Still, it was too much variety.
I thought it's still way different than how I used to eat. Healthier. But as you say, I can't figure out the problem if I expose myself to all at once.
I don't have any experience with liver flushes. I'm new to all of this natural alternative health. I just hate the idea of taking pills for something that is likely fixed by the diet.
My son and I were going to have just fruit and veggie juice the next few days. Freshly juiced. The diet I was going to follow has three or four different juices all on the same day. I wonder if it would be better to do all the same kind each day, try the next kind the next day etc.
