I had Watermelon with lime most of the day. The Watermelon on its own was much too sweet... my daughter also made a healthy lentil veggie soup and I had a half of a small bowl. I ended up eating probably too much and drinking too little water. Once I ate I forgot to drink. I was less strict than I meant to be. I ate a couple baby pickles and homemade kale chips that are dehydrated kale with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dill and nutritional yeast. Then my itching came back. I should have stuck to one type of food diligently. I think it's the acv and pickles that brought back the itching.
My first breaking an extended fast experience. Tomorrow I'm going juice. I'm going shopping to get some veggies to juice and a few fruits.
If the itching stays, maybe I should go back on the fast for a few days. I really can't stand the intense itching. It's definitely internally brought on since it was gone while I fasted.
