Yes, I think there's a huge gulf/difference between DW, RW, HL, SD, etc., and ppl like Camping and 'Shephard' (whoever he really is). But even with the latter, I would hesitate to declare them as being hell-bound. That's a judgment call that belongs exclusively to God. We cannot possibly know if they repented before they breathed their last.
