You are doing much better than a lot of people. You gained some experience in fasting. Although I must say that during a Water Fast it is important to rest, keep warm and drink water as per thirst.

If you can eat eggs, Pinto beans are nothing, but you can live on salads and fruits. This lifestyle will help you heal and help continue to losing weight.
Most important part is eat only when you are hungry, we eat quite often and follow a myth that we should be eating four to five times a day.
