Antibiotics do not work because you are treating the gut of a parasitic worm, and its bacteria and microbes.
The two best things I can think of are a small daily oregano oil cap swansons, or Doxy 100mg weekly, at bedtime.
MBZ is also a microbial, once a week at bedtime.
Mostly keep the flora in the GI balanced with daily probiotics, and lipid balance, L carnitine, Oils, Kefir, yogurt.
I would look at the threadworm formula.
I have reports that the formula punches through both white worm and flat worm infections, so may be treated separately, or combined with other formulas for other infections.
The formula can hit REDWORMS if Levamisole dose is to high, or the REDWORM infection is to large.
Most people find a kind of sweet spot remission area in the routine.
It takes quite a while on combined LEV, Clove, DMSO,
The other low dose ALB, OXBen are useful to feel GI penetrations.
I have found birthing cycles around days 26-30 need several doses of IVM to prevent their aims at repopulating.
Eventually the infection is so small, only cysts remain.
