I am interested in doing a fast strictly for weight loss. Weight loss is my only goal in fasting. I am currently 5"3 and weigh 165 pounds. I would like to be 145 pounds in a month. I have read many posts on fasting and I feel like 20 pounds in a month could be a realistic goal for my height and frame ( I am 30 pounds overweight). I was wondering what fast would be best to optimize my results? A Water Fast or a master cleanse, or possibly a combination of both? If it is a combination of both Water Fasting and master cleanse, how do I incorporate both? Anything else I can do to optimize my weight loss? Thank you in advance for your feedback.
