Check out the New West Diet, especially if you are going to follow the Master-Cleanse with any bowel cleansing. I got into the Hip Chicks Guide to Macrobiotics during my first Master-Cleanse and found it a great source of info. It shares a lot of similarities with the New West plan. Also read "A Journey to the Center of Your Colon" for some perspective on what we put into our bodies does to us. I'm eating WAY less red meat and I don't actually miss it. And I love my read meat. Sometimes I go a week with out meat of any kind and I feel GREAT! Those vegies, fruits and grains do wonders for you system. Have fun!
