I suggested glycinate forms of minerals, not trace minerals.

Re-read the link I sent you about Cutler's mineral minimum.

Can you try corn as a staple carb like organic corn flour and then make things with that?

Look for a product called masa harina, you might be able to order it online.

Try eating bananas less ripe and see if that helps.

If the candida flare ups are bearable then it's better to suffer through those than starve.
