Do not be surprised if a natural oil like oregano oil caps are needed to kill bacteria in the gut of a parasite.

Taking Levamisole first is dangerous. I usually challenge flat worms first, challenge second white worms. If there are no indications of these infections, red worm levamisole can be started.

Prior to all of this the body must be infection free, bacteria, yeasts must be challenged and cleared, and body must be balanced.

Antiparasitics will not work if the immune system is not working, and conditions are ideal.

There are many herbs that are known to clear bacterial infections, where meds do not work.
