Everyone has different formula, they pick what they choose from various protocols.

Typically start low dose, then increase.

Some are already in remission, took two weeks low dose 150mg/D./

Some are doing the plan, say 300 to 400mg a day total.

Challenge tests for flat, white, red worms tell what other meds are required.

pH, Balance, other natural substances help.

Strongyloides is tough, there are R&D meds, Old Thyme Chempotum formulas France, and the formula I use Levamisole.

Still looking for doctor that will do IVM invermectin IV dose 4 weeks in hospital. There are about a dozen folks doing my formula, various stages of slow dose ramp.

I hurt bad on low dose, took months to clear.

I am now at final stage, nest released from sinus, now smell worm pee bad, that is usually the final symptom before a worm is cleared.
