body odor and bad breath that won't go away

i need help somebody out there i shower 3 to 4 times a day i still smell i dont know why all of my clothes are starting to smell like this smell all of my towels and my room my whole apt is starting to smell like this just 2 weeks ago this smell came on me all over my body and it never goes away i shower it still there any deodorant i put on it smell like the deodorant plus a strong disgusting smell and my vag smell the same way as my underarms smells also i have been dealing with chronic bad breath for 12 years i have a white coated tougue the smell never goes away i wake up with it i go to sleep with it it changes defending on what i eat because i believe the smell is coming from my tougue have tried lots of products to get rid of this nothing has worked somebody out there please help me !!!!
