It seems really I was not clear enough how sensitive and restrictive am I.
I just tried beef and turned out to be allergic to it - sneezing and other light flu symptoms, as opposed to pork and chicken. For some strange reason I tolerate pork better than chicken. And for some even more strange reason, the only chicken I tolerate well all the time is KFC! When I put out the coating. It seems KFC really has the true organic chicken. I've tried so far 2 types of organic raw chicken from organic shops and when I cook it I get horrific reactions. I am almost perfectly fine with KFC all the time. Unbelievable.

I am eating plenty of Potassium salt. Lemon gives me acid reflux almost always when combined to other food. I can't even smell ACD. My candida grows like crazy from it. I think beets are also too high in carbs for me.
Protease irritates my gut. I'm waiting for my enzymes which are protease free to come.
