Pyrantel is a red worm med.

Since the CDC updated its infection map to show strongyloides infection rate east half of the country is like 50%, I believe this is the underlying problem.

I cleared through pain and perseverance white worm, flat worms, and redworms.

Threadworms remain. These guys are tough, disturb the immune system function, and may be at the core of complicated infections.

I now believe the problem of parasites is a weak immune system, and thread worm infection rates within the population, which can be drastically reduced using low dose Levamisole, low dose Pyrantel, and a few pulses of traditional antiparasitics.

Pyrantel and Levamisole are the Acetylcholinesterase meds.

These maybe the only meds that when used in low doses, and the immune system repaired, are required to restore the immune system.

Only systemic hyperinfections of this type or another require intervention.

It may sound wacky, but in communications with those over 70, and 80, they have seen huge progress with low dose levamisole and pyrantel. The kind of progress that can only be stated by their going back to work can express. Way below the killing threshold the huge improvement with such a low dose of medication would have had me doing a second take or head snap.

I think ... fix the immune system, keep the GI clear of eggs, and wipe the wounds with Quest Plus, or OXBen, and CQ10 may be the most important practices.

I am saying drive them to the skin and wipe them off.

Red worms cause the nips, but even clearing them does not solve the weak immune system problem.

At a personal level, once all the parasite infections are cleared, the problem remains, "Threadworms", and a weak immune system.

There are many thoughts on Threadworms, from people who practice for years efforts to clear them, to plans that ignore them.

I think 99% of the problem is addressed by low dose pyrantel and levamisole, and time and immune boosting does the rest.

After years of communications with really complicated hyper-infections, I can say that other than for systemic hyperinfections a low dose of this, and a pinch of that seams to work for people that are 80 years old.

These people break the curve of what I though I knew. Maybe a eyedropper, not a sledgehammer is the correct approach.

I think the way most of us go about this parasite infection problem is wrong, myself included.

I am a firm believer in low dose strategies, and know of a few people that tested negative for everything, but dramatically improved with low dose levamisole, pyrantel, and a few supplements.

I think this approach may help most, and avoid the trauma and pain associated with systemic killings.

Fix the problem immune system and threadworm population could be what even those of us with diverse infections have missed.

Oh yes, avoid meat for 24 hours when ever you drink alcohol.

Think vegan when you drink.

This prevents exposure to parasites in the first place.
