Hi

I am using iodoral and notice that more people seem to use Lugol's - is it due to cost or is liquid absorbed better. Am on 12.5 x 2 iodoral but have not noticed any difference. Been on this for a couple of months or so, apart from a break of 4 days to check for detox. Am on relevant supplements etc. Dont think I have had any detox on this amount of iodine. I have Hashimotos and am aware of the different opinions about Iodine and Hashi's.
