I identify with what you're describing. For me, it's candida due to too many Antibiotics over the years. I cannot tolerate any type of sugar, yeast-based breads, etc. Even fruits have to be closely monitored.
SO.......what I've been doing, lately, is taking 4 oz of water with 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar added.
Fermented stuff is supposed to be excellent: pickles, sauerkraut, kim-chee, etc...I am NOT into any of these things, but I'm going to have to give it a go, I think. Also......water, ONLY for me.
The downside to dealing with this is that it requires diligence - making our own meals, not purchasing processed foods, fresh fruits & vegetables, and watching the intake of cheese, as well.
There's some sort of imbalance, and I'm no expert on this matter, but I do know what's working (and, what isn't) for myself. Process of elimination and probably keeping a food diary to see what causes reactions and what won't.
