No stones, only sludge. Does this help the liver?

I am doing my 13th flush today. I've had plenty of bowel movements since the morning, it's afternoon here now. The BMs were only green liquid - which I think is bile - and green sludge.

It seems to me that the sludge is tiny pieces of cholesterol and calcium that did not form into stones yet.

I am curious if getting out bile and sludge but no stones is beneficial for liver functioning? Or does one need to get out stones because those are what obstruct the bile ducts?
