1) Do you use potassium Iodide (iodure de potassium)? (CORRECTION -- this is Lugol's)

1) 75 MCG (microgramme) or 75 MG (milligramme)?

2) Tablets (comprimes) or drops (gouttes)? (CORRECTION -- DROPS)

NOTE -- For some reason I did not see V's response before I wrote this. With those being the ingredients in Lugol's, then yes, Lugol's is what you want to take.
