The TSH and FT4 both reflect the loss of Synthroid. What I like is that your FT3 rose a bit. If you want Iodine alone to help your thyroid, it will take more time, more iodine, and helping your iron status. The last amount of Iodine you said you were taking was 500 mcg. For helping your thyroid I wouldn't take less than 100 mg of a product like Lugol's or 130 mg SSKI .
