I guess this video is a bit more illustrative of your weight, still 206 - Maybe, I was a 42 waist and being 5' 9.5" I was 238lb before I started fasting.

I've noticed days 2 and 3 can be the hardest.

Get past that and your body will find the fat needed to keep it going for many many weeks.
