critical advice: who to trust - nutritionist or on my own?

Hi everyone,

I've been following the forum for a while now, thanks so much for everyone to share information.

I'm really confused about who to trust and how to proceed.

I'm 26 years old male, (55 kg...) I've being on the candida diet (very strict) and taking antifungals for a year, without solving the problem.

My new nutritionist (I had several horrible ones during this year) seems to know about candida and I just did an oxypodwer colon cleanse.

Reading up on the forum, I really want to try the nystatin powder enemas.
I talked about it with my nutritionist and she doesn't approve at all, not even colonics.

I'm facing a big decision at the moment, since I really want to try the enemas (since I'm so damn mentally/bodily tired of dealing with this as im often depressed and suicidal).

So my questions are:

1) should I give up on her and go by myself? (since she doesn't approve on nystatin enemas which seems to have been greatly beneficial for many people on this forum)

2) will I manage to cure myself without being followed by a specialist? is it safe to do that?

In case I decide to go on my own,

3) should I do a colonic first and then start with the daily enemas?

Very often, I see myself as in the middle of one of Kafka's novels, I'm sure you have been there too.

thanks
