How many total days of fasting total until you gained the best health and vitality achievable? (Total: Including Intermittent and Consecutive)


Has anyone reached perfect health and vitality? How many days of fasting has this taken for you?

Is this achievable for how long humans have been eating poorly and passing on genes affected by this and the environment?

I read somewhere that stated one needs to fast for a total amount of days for how long they have been alive for,(not sure where that came from) obviously this seems to have changed with the amount of toxins and the bad environment of today.

I have fasted for a total of 30 days or so intermittently with 10 being my longest but I realize I am far from being healthy. (I switched to all raw fruits and vegetables, mainly fruits too). It seems like ill need 100-200 days of total fasting throughout the next couple of years to make a mark.(Just my guess)

Are we on a never ending path to always improving our health or can we finally reach the peak?

Perhaps this group of people are no longer on curezone as they are living life?
