Vitamin C, diet and exercise for bad breath.


My husband used to have horrible breath! He started exercising and would also take vitamin C. Just to become more healthy. He had no idea it would help his breath. He used to have fecal breath.
He takes 6 or 7 of the 1,000mg vitamin C pills after he exercises.
He stops eating after dinner, which is a 5/5:30/6pm. He exercises every weekday night around 8/9. Then after exercising, he takes 6/7,000mg of vitamin C.
He also stopped eating foods with sugar. Stopped drinking milk, all just to get "healthy" and more physically fit. I haven't smelled his breath in so long! Usually, his breath would only smell bad when he would be stressed. Then it became horrendous!
Yes, I know vitamin c works! I'd keep trying it! It worked for my husband!
