Honestly constipation can because by ALOT of things maybe you dont drink enough of water maybe you are intolerant to something ? you have to listen to your body what makes you bloat ? try avoiding it. it could also by low acid in your stomach. I am telling you this because myself I have candida for years and developped intolerances I would avoid the foods that made me bloat by I was always constipated! I didnt alot of reseach on the internet and found out I have low acid in my stomach... before I eat I always have a glass of warm water with lime juice 15 mins before eating ( to promote acid in stomach ) I can now digest my food properly and I am not constipaded anymore!
