Re: Thyroglobulin WENT UP on Iodine

For some months I've been using a gram of iodine, some SSKI combined with Iodoral. (My stomach doesn't tolerate Lugol's.) This dose warmed me up in a way that lower doses did not, but I did not arrive at it overnight.

I also use 75 mcg T3 spread over 4 doses during the day, as well as adrenal support. This combination has helped me feel pretty good.

Just know that doctors here also treat only with T4. It's a wrestling match to even get some natural desiccated thyroid, let alone T3. You're a member of a world-wide group struggling to self-treat under the radar :)
