On the saltflush, as stated above, you need to test different levels of salts we all have different bodies. Two level tps didn't work for me either. I've found that two overflowing(not level)tps works great for me. It's probably close to 3tps but I just don't measure exactly and it seems to work great.
Good luck on finding the right amount of salt and you'll know once you do when you start having to hit the bathroom every 5 minutes :--))
I am on day 8 right now and gonna go as long as I can stand not being able to exercise at levels which require calories! Ive done 40 days before when I was really unhealthy but will probobly do 2 to 3 weeks this time.
Remember it's not hard to do, and is ultimately a head game. It technically should only get easier as time goes on as the hunger pains should decrease as your stomach continues to shrink.
