I've done that too. I wanted to dry fast and ended up breaking that just yesterday. We all find strength in different ways. I find that often success helps me strive harder.
Cravings are temporary, maybe you should have a commitment to something other than the number on the scale. In my case I am trying to get committed to the number on the scale, cos I am pretty un committed to it and its hurting me.
Don't worry, start over, mental problems are worse than physical in fasting.
Find something that makes you happy and do it and forget about this blip.
