I like your spirit, but please don't take any supplements, especially fir a long one. Also for a first day or two enema is ok, but after that it is enervating.

It is always a good idea to clean the colon ten start the fast.

If you do have Candida, absolutely nothing but water, which includes no use of toothpaste or any supplements.
