Looking For Some Fasting Buddies; Let's Support Each Other~

I am going to start a Water Fast in a few days, between
Sunday and Tuesday.
I've tried this in the past but never with full success due to not being mentally prepared enough, not doing enough research, and not understanding the different stages of fasting and what is considered "normal" vs alarming and "abnormal".
Now, I am in a much better place to do this, and I invite whomever else that is ready for some healing through fasting to join me!

Let's support each other!

I will fast for a minimum of 11 days, but truly, I am aiming
for 21 days or even more if hunger has not returned by then.
What scares me, I must admit, is that I weigh less than my desired BMI, but then again, being emaciated is due to malabsorption and digestive troubles, so I think I need to simply tough it out and remember that any more weight I lose is only temporary, and that my body is in healing mode, which I really, really, need.
Trust...it's a big one isn't it?
But that's where I am at, at a crossroads, and moving forward feels like it's within my reach, but first, I must take leaps, trust, and see the truth that lies beneath the surface.
It seems to me like many people break fasts prematurely for that very reason, trust, or rather, lack thereof.
And so, that is where I am at.
I am prepared to move through obstacles, and persevere.

I finally feel like I am ready for this journey.
