You havent written anything about your symptoms.
It would be very important since the rapid/ extreme change of the face could caused by other infections. (like candida, sinusitis, other skin infection or these ones combined)


Believe me, I had a few years when I needed to find out "alone" what is my disease and at the end I had 3 factors at the same time. One of them was a very rare bacteria infection. Unfortunately, there wasnt any Dr who has heard about it or these symptoms since it was registered only 7 times.


I think the most important would be to start taking tests towards your symptoms.
I have to say only a few doctors will treat you if you have a strange story. Leave that out from your conversation.
You dont have to find out what's this.
You need to have time for this and you need to go to doctors and tell your long story to them. They need to justify the infection by a test. This must be the first step.
There are also tropical diseases departments I think it is worth to try one of these.
