Day 11 of juicing. Doing amazing. Cannot wait to go out on the boat on Sunday for Mother's Day and show off my weight loss (8 pounds last time I weighed in).
Noticed my left foot hurting today. This is an old injury (broke the top of my foot in 3 places in Jan 2016). Yay for my body healing old wounds.
I did eat a small salad on Friday. I had to work an 18 hour day and my second job is more labor intensive, so I had a small kale salad with brussel sprouts, chickpeas, cabbage, tomato, carrot, artichoke, cucumber and lemon/oil for dressing.
I am having to do less enemas as my BMs are happening on their own. I was doing 2 enemas a day, now I am doing 1 every other day. (Note: If I do a coffee enema, I follow it with a cleansing water/ACV enema, so technically I would do 2 on those days). I find if I don't do a cleansing enema after retaining a coffee enema, I get super jittery.
