Colonics caused my yeast infection

I started a series of 6 colonics after being infected with parasites on a Bahamas trip eating raw conch salad plus I had been dealing with chronic constipation for a year or so I have done colonics since 1998 and been fine but today I woke up with a yeast infection after my 4th colonics in 3 weeks. I am certain the colonics have caused this yeast infection. I am not a person who ever gets these. I am 41. Last time I had a yeast infection I was 20 yrs old. So I am positive the water has flushed out my good bacteria causing the yeast to be able to multiply. I am taking Probiotics of course but that hasn't prevented this. One needs to be wary of colonics. They helped me after the 2nd time. It unplugged the constipation after the 2nd time. I should have stopped. 3rd and 4th times were overkill. At least for me. If you have more accumulation than I did then more times would be good for you but not for me. Also pro tip ladies, stick a large clove of garlic inside your vagina, put some slits in it to activate it, it will kill your yeast infection in 24-48 hrs. Bread bakers know to never put garlic in bread cause it kills the yeast causing the bread not to rise. Same in the human body.
