Hi.I accidentally found that if i don't eat proteins ,i feel better.If i eat protein my heart aching and it pounds more strongly,and i sleep worse. And these deep lines on my fingertips appear.I eat only chicken/turkey breasts and cottage cheese(I'm tolerant). What's up?Experts claim that it's essential to eat protein if your adrenal are exhausted.. And also i like protein and if i dont eat it, i must eat more calories because i feel hungry all the time then...so I'm getting more skiny but gain fat.. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thank you.
