Re: exfoliative cheilitis and sjogrens syndrome

yes of course i'm gluten free its not an option with celiac disease. cut out oats and quinoa as well and diary free

i don't have any classic celiac symptoms, so i don't know how long i had it undiagnosed. was first diagnosed with an iron deficiency then got tested for celiac since it was obvious i had malabsorbion. my ttg iga and dgp iga antibody levels were extremely high and have since come down after being gluten free. i was hoping i would start improving but after 9 months all my symptoms are the same or worse.

2008 - got severe exfoliative cheilitis
2010 - EC had improved and become more manageable
2012 - got a constant runny nose/ sneezing, freezing cold hands and feet, chilblains and mild joint pain
2016 - severe joint pain and non allergic rhinitis got worse, nerve pain, palpitations, post nasal drip/coughing blood and mucus, hypoglycaemia, trouble swallowing, swollen glands, rash, dead skin on insides of cheeks, dry nose.
was diagnosed with celiac in july about 3 months later exfoliative cheilitis became worse for no reason same as when i first got it 2008.
