He's defo a Christian, and glad to count him as a brother. The fact that he shares a belief in an earthly millennial kingdom with JW's, in common with millions of other Christians, only proves what a powerful grip this doctrine has on ppl's minds.
But that's precisely my point - it's all in the mind. We insist on our 'utopia' (which this kingdom is anything but), and make sure the Bible conforms to our preconceptions. Allow the Bible to speak for itself, and it disappears in a puff of smoke, Rev. 20 notwithstanding.
