I suspect I have candida and possibly hypothrodism/adrenal fatigue. I went from a high protein/fat diet with normal bms to a candida diet with
-whole grain: quinoa, steel oats
I usually get gas and bloated from eating them.
I have noticed the first week, i will only have a bm upon waking up that are loose. They have some form to them but end up looking like a mushy mess with undigested food. Is this normal when starting a new diet? My tongue has gotten whiter which is worrying me that I have done the wrong thing. Any help please ?
