Mebendozale-anyone get side effects or relief

I have parasites, and I have been unsuccessful at treating them over the years.

Lately, I have been having left side bloating and tenderness. And pain under my left rib.
I have also expelled roundworms due to eating a ton of garlic.
I purchased mebendozale and I am about to take it.
