Sorry you feel that way, I don't have much body fat and am tired of feeling cold all the time. I am OK with the pain but I cant have it get to where I cant breathe. I never had a problem fasting for 20 days when I was 165lb. I also did an 8 day followed by 6 day before the cramps hit. If you don't have muscles moving to breathe I think its easy to get asphyxiated. I had trouble blinking and was beginning to have trouble breathing then. I'm pretty depleted, I have done Water Fasts @ the start. Now I need those electrolytes. If someone has fasted for months together to get to the point of being underweight would you still recommend they fast more. That would be the advice that is applicable for me. I am @ or under 150lb, as a 5' 9.5" small-medium frame 48yr old man. And I got here by fasting (not water only) for 6 months. Currently I may have a few lb in a few spots to lose. However that will leave me under 145, or even 140. But being what I am, I am trying to get to where my weight loss is permanent. Or atleast reset to my 18yr old body.
